Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return you’re Order for a full refund.
We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on  011-40623243 or drop an email at valuueba@valuueba.com within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivery.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair!
   
Cancellation Policy
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
  1. If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a Valuueba.com voucher.
  2. If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
 
Do you allow exchanges?
 
Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We will replace it for you but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy and place a new order on valuueba.com.
